Barmby Moor Conservation Area

A Conservation Area is defined by Historic England as

"An area of special architectural or historic interest, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance."

A large part of Barmby Moor village has been designated as a Conservation Area which places certain responsibilities upon both householders and the Parish Council.  Full details of this area may be found in this document, which also contains interesting historical insights of the village.
